  1. The Abena Pants is just as easy to put on and remove as any regular undergarment.
  2. To remove the protection, tear off the side lap seams.
  3. After you have removed the protection, roll it out and put it in place using the sealing strip which sits at the rear of the protection pad. Dispose of the used protection pad.
