Usage

1. When using the device for the first time, fully charge the device by placing it in its charger. The device is fully charged in 2 hours;
2. Download the "Emy – Perineum exercises" app from the App Store or Google Play;
3. Clean the device using soft soap and water. Do not use abrasive products;
4. Switch on the Bluetooth on your smartphone and launch the app;
5. Switch on the device by shaking it. An indicator light tells you the device is working;
6. Insert the device into your vagina. If you are having trouble to do so, consider using a water-based lubricant;
7. Get comfortable and start your training session.

Maintenance

• Clean the device before and after each use;
• Use soft soap and water. No abrasive products;
• Dry down the device before you put it back in its box.

• Use it when in the bath;
• Put it into the micro-wave oven or the washing machine;
